- Rollout: invitation-based onboarding, department-level policy controls, adoption reporting without draft content, and workstation readiness checks.
- Clinical library: publish reviewed Smart Phrases, note templates, and dictation vocabulary to clinicians.
- Pricing: seat-based annual agreements, with optional implementation and migration services.
Current limitations
Know the boundaries before procurement
- No PHI or BAA: Komodo is not designed for protected health information and does not offer a Business Associate Agreement today.
- No enterprise SSO: SAML, enterprise SSO, and directory sync are not available today.
- No EHR integration: clinicians copy reviewed draft text into the EHR themselves.
